Dom i Muzeum Ernesta Hemingwaya

Dużo sobie obiecywałam po tym miejscu i sie nie zawiodłam. Trafiliśmy na niezwykłego przewodnika który bardzo ciekawie opowiadał. Cena wejściówki warta jest każdego centa. Dużo osób ale jakoś wszystko odbywa sie bardzo płynnie i bez tłoku. Czuje mały niedosyt. Można spędzić tam sporo czasu w cudownym ogrodzie czytając o tym miejscu. Bardzo polecam.

“ Będąc na key West trzeba zobaczyć ”

Fajny punkt patrząc historycznie. Człowiek żył i tworzył tu całkiem niedawno. Każdy zna jego twórczość jednak do niedawna nie wiedziałem gdzie mieszkał. Rezydencja super. Wejście $14, krótki tour w cenie. Zamykają dość wcześnie bo już o 5 pm.

Pięknie zachowana willa. w której mieszkał i tworzył Hemingway, mnóstwo pamiątek należących do autora, książek, mebli. Jest w tym domu jakaś szczególna atmosfera, jakby człowiek przenosił się w czasie. Wiele można się dowiedzieć odwiedzając to miejsce. Do tego piękny ogród wypełniony bujną roślinnością, w której cieniu można odpocząć po zwiedzaniu. Warto poświęcić trochę czasu na obejrzenie tego domu pełnego historii ikony literatury

Już z zewnątrz dom zapiera dech w piersiach (zwłaszcza gdy stojąc w furtce pomyślimy, że TUTAJ mieszkał Papa). Piękny ogród, piękny dom, pięknie zrobione muzeum Ernesta Hemingwaya. Czuć Jego magię i ducha. Wszędobylskie pięciopalczaste koty Hemingwaya, mnóstwo pamiątek. Nie można odwiedzając Key West nie odwiedzić Domu Hemingwaya! Recommended.

Świetne miejsce. Domek ma rewelacyjny "klimat" i przepiękny ogród. Można w nim na prawdę poczuć "ducha" wielkiego Ernesta Hemingwaya. Ciekawostką są koty. niezwykłe pięciopalczaste koty zwane Kotami Hemingwaya! Koniecznie je musicie pogłaskać. Gorąco polecam to miejsce dla całej rodziny.

As you may know, Hemingway was born in your home-state - in Oak Park, Illinois. Today there is a Hemingway Museum in Oak Park and his family’s home is also one of the attractions there too. If you get a chance to tour your home-state you may want to check out Oak Park.
